Quest Board Filter Tabs

For high-level players juggling dozens of daily contracts alongside the main story, the quest board was getting hard to navigate. Three filter tabs now sit at the top of the board: All, Story, and Daily & Bounties. The board remembers which tab you had open, so if you spend most of your time on story quests you can set it once and leave it there.
