Ranger damage fixes — heads up, bow users

· Fix

If you play a ranger, your numbers are about to look different. In a good way.

Killshot ("guaranteed critical hit, ignores all armor") was quietly broken since it was added: it never actually factored in your equipped bow, so it dealt a fraction of what it should have, regardless of your gear. It's fixed now and hits considerably harder than a regular crit, the way an armor-ignoring capstone ability is supposed to.

The same mistake existed in Arena and Tournament PvP specifically for rangers, on both the class-ability chance and every regular attack — your DEX wasn't doing what it should have been on most of your hits. Both are fixed. Every other class was already correct, so this shouldn't change anything if you're not playing a ranger.

While fixing this, I also found and closed the gap that let the bugs happen twice: Arena and Tournament each had their own separate copy of the combat math instead of sharing one, which is exactly how the same mistake slipped into both. They now share a single implementation, so this class of bug can't quietly split in two again.

One more small adjustment: Arena and Tournament's dodge formula was still using an older, more generous version than the rest of the game. It's now in line with everywhere else — a minor dodge reduction at high DEX, not a big swing.

Bow users: expect a real jump in Killshot damage and PvP performance. Everyone else shouldn't notice a difference.
