Enhancement Now Shows Its Actual Percentage

A player pointed out that "+10" on a piece of gear reads like it should add 10 flat, when it's actually adding a percentage of that item's own stats (5% per level, 50% at +10). Fair complaint. Every place enhancement shows up now displays the percentage right alongside the level, and there's a short explainer in your bag the first time it's relevant. Nothing about how enhancement works changed, just how clearly it's labeled.
