Gear Enhancement Rework

Enhancement now goes all the way to +10 (up from +3), and each level boosts a percentage of the item's own stats instead of a small flat bonus, so it stays worth doing on your best gear, not just your starting kit. Enhancement cost now scales with the value of the item you're upgrading.
